Visual aids for picking

Visual aids streamline picking and placing by clearly guiding operators to the exact item location. This visual direction speeds up tasks and significantly reduces errors.
Connected to the WMS, these accessories receive real-time item positioning data, ensuring accuracy with every movement.
By improving both speed and precision, they can effectively double picking and placing rates while simplifying daily operations. The result is a more efficient workflow that supports even the most demanding production requirements.

User authentication

Keeping stored goods secure means controlling who can access them and how quickly. Rather than relying on shared passwords or manual sign-in processes, our authentication system uses personal devices like Badges or EKS keys, so operators can log in and get to work in seconds. As access credentials are tied to individuals, the risk of unauthorised personnel reaching stored items is effectively eliminated. Access permissions can be set at the machine level or drilled down to specific trays, giving you precise control over who can access what.

Options to improve productivity

Getting orders out the door quickly comes down to how well your picking and placing process works. Our productivity accessories are designed to cut out the friction that slows teams down, the double-handling, the guesswork, replacing it with a streamlined workflow that makes order preparation straightforward. The result is measurable: faster throughput, less wasted time, and an operation that keeps pace with modern demands.

Tray accessories

A well-organised tray is a faster tray. Metal separators and dividers slot into specially designed elements within each tray, letting you create compartments sized exactly to what you’re storing. Need more vertical space? Side extensions increase tray depth, so you can store greater volumes of loose materials and stop taller or bulkier items from shifting around. The real advantage is flexibility – tray layouts aren’t fixed. As your inventory changes, separators and dividers can be repositioned.

Bay options

Bay accessories are the components that work alongside the bay itself, both physically and functionally. On the safety side, they prevent operators from accessing trays when the machine isn’t running and reduce any risk of contact with hazardous materials. On the ergonomics side, they make a genuine difference; controls are easier to reach, and tray extraction is more manageable, reducing strain during repetitive tasks. Among the accessories we consistently recommend is the automatic door, which adds an extra layer of protection for stored materials by maintaining a closed environment between operations.
